Uva Rara Restaurant is located in Monticelli Brusati in an ancient 15th century farmhouse immersed in the green of Franciacorta not far from Brescia and Lake Iseo.

Our restaurant has two elegant restaurant rooms and a delightful  outdoor area, much appreciated in the summer. Here pomegranates, tropical plants and a centuries-old mulberry stand out.

Kitchen & Cellar

Our territory, Franciacorta and Sebino, are the focus of our cuisine. An area characterized by an incredible morphological variety which could only correspond to an equal variety of food and wine.

Each gastronomic proposal cannot reach its peak of taste if not with the right combination in terms of wine. This strong conviction has led us, over the years, to build a winery that today can count more than 300 labels.
